Terms and conditions of hire
Deposit:
We require a minimum deposit to secure your booking (which will be explained in your confirmation). Payment can be made using our payment link, cash or bank transfer and must be received within 48 hours to secure your booking. Once your deposit is paid that amount will be deducted from your final payment. (When paying your deposit via bank transfer please ensure you use the reference given or your payment may be lost. Please note. The deposit amount is per booking. All payments are non-refundable however, they can be transferred if you wish to change your event date with enough given notice.
If your booking is due to be outdoors and bad weather conditions occur on your event day we may need to cancel your booking due to health and safety risks. Please contact us if you require further information.
Payment Terms:
The remaining balance is to be paid no later than the start of your session. We accept card or cash on the day. If you wish to pay the remaining balance before your event date this can be paid any time prior. Please ensure you use the correct reference or payment link. Please call or email us for more information.
Cancellations:
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice are offered to transfer their deposit within 3 months (subject to availability).
Cancellations within 14 days of the booking date are subject to a 50% charge of the total price.
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date are subject to a 100% charge of the total price.
Cancellations on the day or upon arrival will be subject to 100% charge of the total price.
Cancellations can be made on the day if extreme/unpredicted weather occurs (subject to our discretion) Payments can be transferred to another date within 3 months (subject to availability)
If you cancel within the time scales above, then your cancellation amount will include deposit amount paid.
Expected from you:
Our sessions will start and finish promptly, if there are any delays in starting the session, no additional time will be added. If there are delays ending the session, there will be additional charges for every 30 minutes or there of at a rate of £100.
The area of play must be easily accessible and we expect help from players to carry any items which we may need including laser guns, props and barriers.
All players are your responsibility. We accept no liability for the behaviour of your players, spectators or guests.
Safety is our number one priority at all times. We reserve the right to refuse a session for any reason if we feel health and safety will be compromised in any way. Our staff are fully trained in the safe use of equipment and their say is final. Full payment will still be required.
